Ten Tonne Dozer – Rugged Shetland Islands gutsy groove metal full of blood, sweat, broken strings, and smashed sheep skulls. Kraken Waker – A loud band from northeast England. A three-piece, who are fans of big riffs and grooves, they also have an ear for a good hook. Kraken Waker won the 2024 Metal to the Masses Competition in Newcastle, and then played a successful set at Bloodstock. The band has a healthy DIY ethic, and has recorded and released their first album, ‘Be Good’ (October 4th, 2024). The album was written and recorded by the band, and mixed and produced by Siy ‘Uber’ Brady.
