There will also be street theatre, storytelling in a dedicated tipi, a heritage trail quiz, a Find Wigton Ted treasure hunt through the High Street, and a children’s activity village in the Market Hall.
The John Peel Theatre will hold back stage tours and free workshops from 10:30am until 12:30pm, and then an art auction from 2pm. Elsewhere in town, the Fountain Gallery in King Street will have an exhibition from town artist Brian Campbell.
