Join us for this free event on the Whitehaven Coast and lend a hand to help make the site a little brighter! Come and get your hands dirty as we plant native bluebells and wild daffodil bulbs to add some colour while feeding our pollinators, and you can add your own colours to the tarmac by creating your own chalk art.
We’ll provide all tools, kneeling mats and chalk, we just need your hands and a little bit of creativity. We look forward to seeing you there for a great family day out.
Meet us at the Wellington Lodge, Rosemary Lane, CA28 9AD, near the Candlestick monument, be sure to dress for the weather and be prepared to get a little dirty. Please note, whilst the area is step free, we will be planting on uneven sloping grassy ground and you’ll need to be able to kneel or bend to plant the bulbs.
