Join our Ranger-led May Day walk through Whinlatter Forest, to see the peaks of Skiddaw and Grizedale lit up with the sunrise, listen to the dawn chorus and bury your toes in a green carpet of rainforest moss (optional!) There’s a chance of seeing birds of prey, soaring the first thermals, shy roedeer, and red squirrels feasting amongst the Scots pines . What better way to celebrate this best of Spring Festivals?
Refreshments of tea/ coffee and pastries are included in the price along with car parking.
